Oscar, the new Chelsea midfielder said he would seduce Neymar to join Chelsea. Oscar optimistic, Neymar will shine when playing with chelsea.
Neymar who often preached about his move to Barcelona, but Oscar ignored it. and hope Neymar want to follow his footsteps to join Chelsea.
"While we were in London, I have been told to Neymar about the ambitions of Chelsea," said Oscar.
