Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard doubtful his current condition manchester united chelsea face this week. Lampard suffered the injury while playing for the league champions.
"Basically, he relapsed from an old injury. Previously he was fine during practice and no bad symptoms before the game," said the Blues coach Roberto Di Matteo.
Frank Lampard only played 15 minutes when they lost 2-1 against Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League. Lampard suffered a recurrence of a calf injury, as he suffered when absent defend England in the World Cup qualifiers against San Marino and Poland.
