Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho claimed that a manager can be a great manager not because of ourselves, a great manager because he has a great squad as well.
Mourinho said that good players make them into a great coach, Mourinho did not want to discuss that is difficult to put any manager on the beat, he prefers to discuss the players he's ever met.
