Galatasaray finished as runners-up in Group B behind Real Madrid, after securing their place in the knock-out phase with a 1-0 win over Juventus last match in Group C.
As winners of Group E, Chelsea will have home advantage in the second leg of the last-16 tie. The away match will be played on 26 February 2014 and the return meeting will be at Stamford Bridge on 18 March 2014.
