Chelsea close the summer transfer window by bringing in Raul Meireles from Liverpool, Chelsea still need a midfielder who can control the game like Meireles.
Chelsea spent transfer fee £ 12 million to get the services of Raul Meireles, Meireles signed a four-year contract with Chelsea.
"Chelsea are happy to announce it has signed Raul Meireles from Liverpool with the duration of the contract for four years," the official statement on the club's official website.
